In August 2007 GeoSynFuels hired Joshua Sroge as Controller and
Director of Finance. Mr. Sroge joins us from Spatial Corp. We welcome
him to the team.

Management Update
On April 8, 2007 GeoSynFuels hired Dr. Porter as Sr. Scientist.
Dr. Porter joins us from NREL. We welcome her to the team.
- GeoSynFuels Acquires Little Bear
Laboratories Inc.
Management Update
On April 1, 2007 GeoSynFuels acquired the assets and employees
of Little Bear Laboratories. Drs Tom Clark and Greg Olson
will be joining the company as key members of the staff.
Dr Clark will be leading the research efforts as Sr. Scientist
and Dr Olsen will be appointed Manager of Development Testing.

Harvey as President and CEO of the Company.
