Steven J. Shapiro
STEVEN J. SHAPIRO was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Burlington Resources. He was also a member of the Board of Directors prior to the acquisition of Burlington by Conoco Philips. Mr. Shapiro was previously employed by ARCO where he held a number of operating and staff positions of increasing responsibility, including President of ARCO Coal Australia, Vice President of Corporate Planning, and Treasury and Business Development Assignments in both London and Los Angeles. Mr. Shapiro received his B.A. degree in Industrial Economics from Union College and his MBA from Harvard University.
CHRISTOPHER M.T. THOMPSON has 40 years of experience in international mining including positions held with Anglo American Corporation; investment banking institutions; Chairman of the World Gold Council and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Goldfields Limited. Mr. Thompson's current directorships include Teck Resources Limited, Golden Star Resources, and Ram Power, Corp. Mr. Thompson holds an M.Sc. degree in Management Studies from Bradford University in England and a B.A. in Law and Economics from Rhodes University, South Africa.

DESMOND P. KEARNS has more than 40 years experience in the mining industry. Mr. Kearns received a B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Mining Engineering from the University of London in the U.K., an M.S. degree in Mining Engineering and a J.D. in Law with High Distinction from the University of Arizona. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona, a Chartered Engineer in the U.K., and a member of the State Bar of Arizona.

CHARLES D. ELLIS is the author of 14 books, including Winning the Loser’s Game, Capital, the biography Joe Wilson, and most recently, The Partnership: The Making of Goldman Sachs. For thirty years he was managing partner of Greenwich Associates, the international strategy consulting firm he founded that serves virtually all the leading financial service organizations around the world. A past trustee of Yale University and Chair of its investment committee, he is a trustee of Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, director of Vanguard, and chair of the Whitehead Institute of Biomedical research, he consults on investing with major institutions in Asia, Europe, and North America. . A graduate of Exeter and Yale College, Charley earned an MBA (with distinction) at Harvard Business School and a Ph.D. at New York University
Richard S. Braddock
RICHARD S. BRADDOCK currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Mozido. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fresh Direct, an internet-based service for the purchase of grocery and household products from 2005 until he stepped down in March 2011. Mr. Braddock began his business career in 1965 spending a number of years in product management at General Foods. He joined Citicorp in 1973, was elected to the board of directors in 1985 and was elected President and Chief Operating Officer of Citicorp and its principal subsidiary, Citibank, N.A. in January, 1990. Mr. Braddock resigned from Citicorp in November 1992, and subsequently served as Chief Executive Officer of Medco Containment Services, Inc., a prescription drug services company, until its acquisition by Merck & Co., Inc., and then spent a year as a principal at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc., a private equity firm. He served as Chairman (non-executive) of True North Communications Inc. from December 1997 to January 1999. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of priceline.com from August 1998 to April 2004. Mr. Braddock served as Chairman of MidOcean Partners, a private investment firm, from April 2003 until December 2007. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Eastman Kodak Company and Universal Business Payment Solutions. Mr. Braddock graduated from Dartmouth with a degree in history cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
